Our client is a global player in the public lighting sector. More then 12% of the worldmarket with 47 companies spread over the 4 continents. There are 23 factories around the world supplying high qualitative and exclusive luminaries. The company was established 106 years ago and has since start been in the ownership of the same family. The business segments of the company are Urban lighting, Functional lighting, Tunnel lighting and Decorative.

The company has delivered lighting solutions to many extraordinary projects such as the Coliseum in  Rome, Arc de Triumph and Champ Elyse,  numerous of metropolitan cities and most recently as a partner for lighting solutions at the Winter Olympic games in Vancouver.

 

 

 

 

The Position

 

Since the company are growing and re-enforcing their presence on the Swedish lighting market they are now looking for a dynamic, self motivated and balanced person with a high level Key Account Manager Responsibility towards big end-user accounts and their wholesalers on a middle management level.

You will become a member of an energetic and dedicated international team committed to the ongoing success and expansion in the competitive   Swedish market.

You will report directly to the Nordic Branch Manager.

You will be based in modern and fresh office of the company in the central area of Stockholm.

 

 

Your areas of Duty and Responsibility will be

 

-       Drive and develop long term relationships with the customers in Sweden, mainly wholesalers, city planners and end-users such as municipalities and ministries

-       Work to expend the end-users account portfolio

-       Create, implement realize the regional sales plan

-       Responsible for setting the price strategy and creating the offers for the customers

-       Give input for strategy development based on customer feedback in order to drive continuous business improvement forward

-       Responsible for reaching your sales targets by optimizing the product mix in order to optimize growth, diversification of the presence of the company  and maximize value to the customer

-       The person that takes responsibility for both strategic and operational actions

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Candidate

 

The candidate to this position has preferably the following qualifications and skills

 

-       Minimum 5 years of experience from Key Account Management

-       Strong and well developed network within the customer target group

-       Experience from the Lighting industry or business within technical trading products towards municipalities and ministries

-       Business oriented personal Customer Relation Management quality

-       Leader mentality

-       Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

-       Excellent language skills in Swedish and English

-       Excellent computer skills mandatory, knowledge af Dialux/Relux is highly appreciated

-       Strong team player

Salary and other benefits

 

Product training will be in Belgium and will start immediately after the employment start. Continuous internal training is foreseen.
