Essential Skills required:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• More than 8 years’ experience in mobile handset product development or handset display components development.
• More than 2 years’ experience in leading a technical group or project team.
• Independent capability in requirements analysis, technology roadmap, specification, system and block-level design, supplier dialogue, and production support.
• Experience in establishing and optimizing the corresponding design flow/process/guidelines.
• Team-player with excellent communication skills in a multi-culture work environment, self-motivated, listening, feedback after execution, and willingness to share
• Occasional worldwide short-term travels are required.
• Fluent English skill is required.
