For our customer we are seeking an Italian speaking Area Sales Manager to manage sales on the Italian market.

The company is a leading European fashion brand with HQ in Denmark.
THE POSITION
The company are looking to employ an Italian speaking Area Sales Manager to manage sales on the Italian market.
THE CANDIDATE
The right candidate must either already be living in Denmark or be willing to relocate. In addition you must have experience from a similar position and be able to speak Italian at an advanced level.
Assignments:

Ensure that you read, understand and pass along various figures/lists, among other things Open to buy and stock.

To motivate and further develop the employees in the team
-
Sales and buying overview of the brand’s collections
-
Daily contact/sale to selected key customers to achieve results and to ensure knowledge about customer and market need
-
Participation and arrangement of collection presentation 8 times a year and to ensure that various global sales activities are arranged in the department

Strengthen the quality of the collections in order for the brand to gain market shares from our competitors

Ensure that the employees in HQ have a close and productive cooperation with our customers and partners
-
Conduct annual value dialogues with the employees in HQ and follow up on these

Dialogue, education and training of all employees in the sales department - in accordance with the guidelines prepared in this connection;”You do not get good employees – you make good employees”

Strengthen the number and quality of the partners and wholesale customers we do business with in Italy
Areas of responsibility:

Responsible for the management and development of the sales organisation in Italy

Responsible for motivating the sales organisation and for ensuring that all employees are capable of carrying out the expected assignments on a high level of competence

Responsible for ensuring that the collections are customised to the Italian market

Responsible for “selling before buying”

Responsible for good results through knowledge, overview and action, regarding Open to buy, sales figures, budgets etc. in relation to the sales representatives

Responsible for creating consistency regarding procedures in order to create several advantages, more action and a broader overview

Responsible for ensuring that turnover is optimised the through several and more dedicated partners and wholesale customers in cooperation with the sales team

Responsible for promotional activities in the department

Responsible for tendering actions and outline of these
