You are residing in Sweden and has successfully sold to customers within the pump, hydraulic, compressor and ventilation industry. THE COMPANY Svend Høyer Ltd was founded in 1974 by Svend Høyer, and is today owned by Lars Høyer, who is the son of the Founder. Lars Høyer has since 1989 served as CEO and is as such responsible for the company’s strong development. Today Svend Høyer A / S is among Northern Europe's largest suppliers of components for power transmission, and now aims for an equivalent position in the market for electric motors. For Hoyer Motors we are looking for a Key Account Manager with trade knowledge, who will be able to develop sales of the electric motors in Sweden. The clientele will mainly be focused on pump, hydraulic, compressor and ventilation industry. The concept at Hoyer Motors is characterized by its extensive engine stock with appurtenant repair shops with very high service level, technical advice and support and complete technical documentation and competitive prices. The majority is physically located in Hadsten, Denmark, where the company has more than 15,000 m2 warehouse and administration. From Hadsten the order processing, internal sales and technical advice to customers are handled in order to for the external sales force to concentrate on working on-hand with customers. Svend Høyer A / S is also currently represented with employees in Norway, Sweden, Germany, Benelux and China. During the summer 2010 Svend Høyer A/S will change to the internationally oriented Hoyer A/S as part of its future expansion plans.
THE POSITION Given the potential for sales of electric motors for Swedish industry, especially within the pump, compressor, ventilation and hydraulics industry is extremely large, Svend Hoyer A / S wish to realizing this potential. With the Hoyer Motors concept consisting of electric motors of high quality, the required approvals in place, a professional highly skilled technical department, high service level and a price that is competitive, the prerequisites to gain market share are in place. Hoyer Motors now wants to expand the sales department with a Key Account Manager who will be tasked with developing sales in Sweden. The position involves significant client contact and requires that the candidate master - and is familiar with - all aspects of the sales process within the electric motor industry. You will thus have to be dedicated to developing customer portfolio with your own new clients and serve, advise and sell to the company's already limited amount of existing customers. THE CANDIDATE There are several approaches to this exciting job. We seek a talented, persistent and independent KAM, who combines good business acumen with a good technical understanding of electric motors. You've already proven that you can successfully sell into those industries, which have previously been mentioned as target groups for Hoyer Motors in the form of pump, hydraulics, ventilation and compressor industry. You have therefore a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the industry, and thus familiar with sale and advice of technical solutions within the field of electric motors. As a person you are:

OTHER MATTERS Education: A technical-/commercial educational background is desirable. However, it is essential that you've already proven your sales performance within the industry.
